Full-Time Nannies

A full-time nanny placement provides families with a dedicated, professional caregiver who offers consistent, high-quality care for their children. Whether you need help with daily routines, educational activities, or household tasks related to childcare, a full-time nanny becomes a trusted and supportive part of your family. A full-time nanny typically works 30–50 hours per week

Part-Time Nannies

A part-time nanny typically works 15–29 hours per week.

Nanny Compensation and Mileage Reimbursement

Full and Part Time Nannies are paid as a household employee on a W2, we can assist with the payroll process. Hourly rates range between $21-$25 per hour for up to 4 children depending on experience and tasks. Hourly rate for a babysitter is $20 per hour. There is a 4-hour minimum and max of 4 children per nanny. Depending on the number of children and the ages of the children the hourly rate may increase. Mileage reimbursement is .70 cents per mile and must be paid to the sitter before the sitter leaves for the day. Mileage reimbursement for full time and part time nannies must be paid on a biweekly or weekly basis. Mileage reimbursement is for any transportation provided while on assignment.
